UK DELIVERIES 

All items except ID Tags and phone cases will be shipped from our HQ.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD (Next Day delivery). You will be emailed with shipping confirmation once we start to process your order. A tracking code will be provided with a link to the service used. Please ensure you have given an active email address or phone number to receive updates on your order.

 

Please note that during busy periods, paid shipping takes priority. If you need an order urgently, we recommend that you select DPD Next Day Delivery at checkout.

**DPD Next Day Delivery will take priority over orders which receive Free DPD Delivery. If you need to guarantee your order will arrive the next day, it may be worthwhile paying for DPD Next Day Delivery, especially on busy days such as launches and sales.

 

We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders. 

Next Day Delivery is not available on pre-ordered or made to order items such as Phone Cases and I.D. Tags. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of these products.

We are unable to combine multiple orders.

We ship via Royal Mail and DPD tracked services, this will update on its route to the customer. 

Shipping is calculated at the checkout for orders shipped outside of the UK, based on weight and country. 

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

MISSING ORDERS

We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders. Please contact Royal Mail with enquiries to missing orders. If they have been shipped back to us due to an insufficient address, we will be able to re-send this out to you but the postage will need to be re-paid and a reliable address used. 

Please keep an eye on your order tracking as if you have had an attempted delivery and do not collect within the local courier's time frame, the order will be shipped back to us. This will result in further charges for your order to be shipped back out to you or the items from your order being refunded and cancelled.
