Sizing

Extra Small (width approx 2cm) 27cm - 30.5cm after the logo badge and then this will adjust over the badge to make it smaller taking it to 23cm on the tightest 

Small (width approx 2cm) 34cm - 44cm after the logo badge and then this will adjust over the badge to make it smaller taking it to 30cm on the tightest 

Medium (width approx 2cm) 37.5cm - 50cm after the logo badge and then this will adjust over the badge to make it smaller taking it to 33.5cm on the tightest 

All of our products have been lab tested here in the UK, undergoing sudden impact and pull tests.The sudden impact weights were used to replicate the sudden pulling on the products by a dog. 

Please note: NO ACCESSORY is indestructible, please always check your dog's accessories for wear and tear. It is the customer's responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for their pet.

Shipping Information

UK DELIVERIES 

All items except Dog Beds, ID Tags, Phone Cases, EasyEat products and made to order items will be shipped from our warehouse. Dog Beds and EasyEat products will not be eligible for free shipping.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD (Next Day delivery). You will be emailed with shipping confirmation once we start to process your order. A tracking code will be provided with a link to the service used. Please ensure you have given an active email address or phone number to receive updates on your order.

Please note that during busy periods, paid shipping takes priority. If you need an order urgently, we recommend that you select DPD Delivery at checkout.

*99.4% of paid for DPD Delivery orders placed before 2.30pm are despatched on the same day. However, around peak times such as launch days and sales, there may be occasions where we are not able to meet this deadline. We will always endeavour to communicate these delays with you. Orders placed after 2.30pm will be shipped the following working day. This excludes Northern Ireland and weekend delivery. Please note that orders placed on Friday before 2.30pm will be despatched the same day but will not be delivered until Monday. 

**Paid for DPD Delivery will take priority over orders which receive Free DPD Delivery. If you need to guarantee your order will arrive asap, it may be worthwhile paying for DPD Delivery, especially on busy days such as launches and sales.

 

Next Day Delivery is not available on pre-ordered or made to order items such as Phone Cases and I.D. Tags. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of these products.

We are currently unable to ship Disney© products Internationally. Due to our license being UK/Ireland only. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
