You should be able to fit two fingers under the collar. Remember that your puppy will grow quickly so you need to regularly check that the collar still fits and adjust it accordingly.

Dog Accessories Washing Instructions:

• Hand wash OR place in the washing machine using a wash bag(sold separately) on a 30 degree wash
• For tough stains add stain remover
• Lay flat to dry
