Terms & Conditions
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD (Next day delivery). You will be emailed with shipping confirmation once we start to process your order. A tracking code will be provided with a link to the service used. Please ensure you have given an active email address or phone number to receive updates on your order.
Our Standard Delivery is £4.25. This is a 1st class service. Please allow up to 10 working days for this to arrive.
DPD Next day delivery £5.50. Orders must be placed before 12pm Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following working day.
Please allow extra time for your order to arrive as there are still delays due to covid. We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders.
Next Day Delivery is not available on pre ordered items such as, Phone cases, Pre ordered items and customised items such as I.D Tags.
I.D Tags are shipped direct from our supplier, these are not available for next day delivery.
Phone cases will be shipped by the selected service when we have received them from our manufacturer. These are also made to order.
WE ARE UNABLE TO COMBINE ORDERS.
We ship via Royal Mail tracked service, this will update on its route to the customer. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive as there are still delays due to covid.
Shipping is calculated at the checkout for orders shipped outside of the uk, based on weight and country.
Please keep an eye on your orders tracking as if you have had an attempted delivery and do not collect within the local couriers time frame the order will be shipped back to us. This will result in further charges for a re ship of your order or the items from your order being refunded and cancelled.
We are not responsible for any customs or tax charges for orders outside of the uk.
Please ensure you leave an email address on completing your order as you may not receive your confirmation / processing email to say your order is on route to you.
We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders. Please contact Royal Mail with enquiries to missing orders. If they have been shipped back to us due to an insufficient address we will be able to re send this out to you but the postage will need to be repaid and a reliable address used.
NO SHIPPING COSTS ARE REFUNDED AT ANY TIME.
Customs and import taxes
We are not able to cover the costs of tax/charges.
International Customs tax/charges are not within our control so you may be required to pay this depending on your location.
