Pawsome Points Terms & Conditions

To qualify for Pawsome Points, you must register for a Pawsome Paws Boutique account.    

Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.   

Points cannot be exchanged for cash.  

Purchases made using guest checkout will not add points to your account, please ensure you are signed in to earn your points for every purchase. We cannot add on points post-purchase.  

Points are pending and are approved 28 days after purchase. Any points accrued from purchases that are later returned will be automatically removed from your account.    

Only one discount voucher can be used per order. 

Points are only redeemable online. Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer points at in-person events.  

Once you reach a redeemable number of points, a voucher or free product will be made available for you to spend. The minimum point value to reach the spend threshold is 175 points.  

Purchases of gift cards, and purchases made using gift cards do not qualify for points. 

Delivery charges are not included when calculating your earned points. You do not earn points from the delivery charges. 

When redeeming points, the delivery fee will not be included in the discount given. 

You cannot collect multiple points for performing the same action, such as following us on social media. 

PPB may transfer, cancel, withdraw or alter Pawsome Points at any time, including these Terms and any Pawsome Points account, without notice. 

By signing up to Pawsome Points, you agree to receive emails relating specifically to the programme. These emails are designed to include content relating to your rewards, your points balance and news relating to the points programme. You can unsubscribe at any time by visiting the Account section of the website and updating your preferences.
