Christmas Shipping & Returns

We know that our customers want peace of mind that their orders will arrive in time for Christmas so you don't disappoint your pups. That's why we have put together this handy guide of recommended dates to get your orders in with us by!*

Friday 19th December
Last day to order for Royal Mail Christmas delivery

Monday 22nd December
Last day to order for free DPD Christmas delivery

Tuesday 23rd December
Last day for same-day despatch - order before 12pm

Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day
DPD deliveries will be available on Christmas Eve. Both the office and our warehouse will be closed during this time

Monday 29th December
Our office reopens, and any orders placed from the 24th December onwards will be processed

Wednesday 31st December
Our warehouse will be closed until 2nd January

Thursday 1st January
Our office will be closed until Monday 5th January

Thursday 22nd January
Any orders placed in between the 18th November and 23rd December can be returned up until 22nd January 2026. Our normal returns policy applies for any purchased made from 25th December onwards

*Our team are working hard to get your orders out but unfortunately, we have no control over our courier shipping times once the parcels have left our HQ. Therefore, these are advised dates only - PPB cannot 100% guarantee delivery by 25th December.
